摘要
近年来,大学生的就业压力逐年增加。而以独生子女为主体的在校大学生个性化、主体意识的增强和强烈的自我实现的需要,对高校的学生工作提出了新的要求,学生工作面临着前所未有的考验。在这种情况下,北京师范大学依据学生发展理论与我国高校学生工作现状创立的"生活指导室",并将"专业方法"引入学生工作。"生活指导室"在指导和培养学生的各方面能力和品德上做了许多专业性的工作,并积累了许多经验方法,还预示着学生工作的专业化、科学化、整合化和多元化发展趋势。
Recent years have witnessed an increasing pressure for students to find a job in the situation of ＇Family Birth Control＇ and ＂Enrollment Expansion in Higher Education＂,and in particular the impact of financial crisis upon China.Accordingly,the fact that the main part of the students from one child families and that they have strong self-consciousness and self-realization demand have provided the students ideological work new requirements because the students face challenges hitherto unknown;in fact,the pressure is on the increase.Such a case has prompted us to introduce into students＇ ideo-logical work the ＂professional learning＂ methodologies.It is concerning this topic that the present papers aims to deal with.
