摘要
分析了在机车车体设计上应用螺柱焊的局限性和基本原则,对螺柱焊的原理、工艺方法的选择、工艺评定方法及质量控制进行了系统的总结,并且介绍了螺柱焊领域中一些新的焊接技术。
This article particularly analyses the limitations and the basic principles of the application of stud welding on locomotive car body during design. The principle of stud welding, choice of technological measures, process assessing means and quality control are summarized systematically, and some of the new welding techniques in the realm of stud welding are presented.
