摘要
本文以美国心理学家斯滕伯格的成功智力理论为依据,通过对"第十名现象"的分析,阐明了我国高校智力培养模式改革的必要性和可行性,以及对高校智力培养模式改革的启示,即更新高校智力培养理念、转变高校教育评价机制、改善课程设置及教学方式。
This article based on American psychologist sternberg＇s successful intelligence theory.By ＂Tenth Phenomenon＂ analysis,clarify the necessity and feasibility with intelligence training model in university,and point out updating the concept of University Intellectual Culture,changes in higher education evaluation system,to improve curriculum and teaching methods.
