摘要
学生教育管理是高校人才培养的重要组成部分。随着社会对人才需求的日益多元化和地方本科院校人才培养模式改革的深入推进,对学生教育管理也提出了新要求。大理学院在2004年就提出"培养高素质应用型人才"的人才培养目标,对学生教育管理也进行了改革和探索,并取得初步成效。
Students management is an important part of talents cultivation in college.Along with the social diversified requirements for talents and deepening reform of talent cultivation mode in universities,the student management also faces new challenges.Dali College proposed the talent cultivating aim as＂cultivating high-quality talents＂ in 2004.It also reformed the student management and has achieved a lot.
