摘要
从应急服务设施选址模型——绝对中心点模型入手,考虑到当应急地点发生事故时,在满足时间紧迫性的前提下,提出了应急服务设施的优化选址,建立了到达各个事故顶点的距离之和最小的模型,具有一定的实用价值.
Starting from the address choosing model of an emergency service facility,that is,the absolutely central point model, we have considered the accident happening in an emergency location.
