摘要
目的开展清开灵注射液的临床使用情况研究,明确使用清开灵注射液的人群特征、不良反应/事件的发生率;完善使用方案,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对广东省中医院191例清开灵注射液病例进行统计分析。结果清开灵注射液在本院使用年龄段主要在50岁以上,临床上存在医务工作者不按照说明书用药的情况,不良反应/事件发生率(ADR/ADE)为1.05%,不良反应/事件的出现有一定潜伏期。结论临床医务工作者应严格按照说明书使用清开灵注射液,加强其应用监测,坚持合理用药,以减少ADR发生。
Objective To clarify the indications and the adverse drug events ofqingkailing injections, and improve the recommended program by analyzing the clinical applications. Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 191 cases of qingkailing injections of guangdong provincial hospital of TCM. Result The research showed that the age of using qingkailing was mainly over fifty years old, the incidence of the adverse reactions and events was 1.05 %. There were some health workers did not follow medication instructions of qingkailing injections. The adverse reactions and events had some latency. Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should use the medicines exactly by the instruction. The use of qingkailing injection should be under strict monitoring to reduce the occurrence of serious adverse.
