基于滑模观测器的永磁同步电动机无传感器控制研究 被引量:1

Research on Sensorless Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Sliding Mode Observer

摘要 针对永磁同步电动机无传感器控制,本文研究了适用于永磁同步电动机中高速运行的滑模观测器,该观测器采用饱和函数抑制抖振,可以准确地估计转子位置及转速。应用滑模观测器估算出α-β轴反电势,然后计算出转速及位置信号,与给定的转速信号比较,闭速度环,经过PI调节得到准确的电压参考信号。应用TMS320LF2407A数字信号处理器编程实现永磁同步电动机滑模观测器估算,控制永磁同步电动机。并在永磁同步电动机上进行了实验研究,实验结果表明采用滑模观测器能够实现无传感器永磁同步电机转子位置估算,能够控制电机运行。 For sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a sliding mode observer being applicable to PMSM has been studied, the observer buffeting suppression using saturation function, can accurately estimate the rotor position and speed. Application of sliding mode observer to estimate the back EMF of axis, and then calculate the speed and position signal, comparing with the speed of the given signal, close-loop speed and get the correct voltage reference signal after the PI regulator. Application of digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A programmed can get the sliding mode observer estimation, and can control permanent magnet synchronous motor. And the permanent magnet synchronous motor has been debugged, the results show that can be achieved by sliding mode observer of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor position estimation, to control the motor.
