摘要 ⑶探讨了血清、尿中吗啡的化学发光测定方法⒚以 0.1m o L/ L的磷酸为介质⒙样品经水解、液液萃取后进行测定⒚该方法操作简单、灵敏度高⒚其发光强度与吗啡浓度在⒉20~500⒕ng/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系⒚ R S D= 9.2% A simple and sensitive method was introduced to determine quantitatively morphine by detecting the chemiluminescent intensity of morphine which oxidized by KMnO 4 in phosphoric acid medium.The chemiluminescent intensity is linerly proportional to the concentration of morphine in the range of 20~500ng/mL.RSD=9.2%. Key words:chemiluminescent;morphine;serum;urinereduced in other 1 mouse while the cysts in other 6 mice were not only survived but increased in size showing inhibition rate of 78.6% and cure rate of 12.5%. The results indicated that the effect of oxfandazole was much better than that of albendazole for treating experimental alveolar echinococcosis in mice.
