摘要
对某炼油厂2万m3/h(标准体积)原料气制氢装置转化气蒸汽发生器管程入口锥壳壁局部温度超标的问题进行了详细分析。结果表明,在管程壳体衬里材料和衬里施工质量不符合要求、管板与换热管之间的结构和焊接工艺不完善以及操作过程不规范使换热管变形不协调的综合作用下,不仅使管程入口锥壳壁局部温度超标,而且在管程入口端管板上产生了穿透管接头焊缝、连接两管程以及管桥的裂纹。据此对设备进行了修复,提出了防止发生此类问题的预防和改进措施。
The steam generator appearing outside wall of over-temperature caused by lining materials and construction quality were analyzed of a new refinery 2×104 m3/h(standard operation) hydrogen unit.The results show that what is said above,welding joint between heat exchange tube and tube plate,welding procedure and process irrational,under the above factor combined action,not only makes outside wall of over-temperature,but makes the tube plate welded crack problems as well.According to the above analysis,the measures were taken and the prevention improvement measures were proposed.
