摘要
本文研究了 Gd^(3+),Tb^(3+)与一缩二甘醇酸所形成的络合物的荧光性能及其发光机理;探讨了 Gd^(3+),Tb^(3+)同时测定的最佳条件和共存离子的影响;开发了同时测定 Gd^(3+),Tb^(3+)的高灵敏度荧光新体系,检测限分别达到 Tb^(3+)3ppb,Gd^20.16ppm。应用本体系测定了稀土氧化物中的 Gd_2O_3和Tb_4O_7含量,取得了满意的结果。
The paper studies the fluorescence property and emitting mecha- nism of complex of Tb^(3+),Gd^(3+) with oxydiethanoic acid.The optimal conditions of determination for Tb^(3+),Gd^(3+) in oxydiethanoic acid system are established.The interference of other rare earth ions is investigated.A new sensitive method of simultane ous determination for Tb^(3+),Gd^(3+) is proposed.The determination limit is 0.16ppm(Gd^(3+)),3ppb(Tb^(3+))respectively.Gd_2O_3,Tb_4O_7 in four kind of rare earth oxides are determined.The result is satisfactory.
