摘要
试验研究了杭州地区气候条件下,不同小麦品种的库源关系特征及籽粒产量的限制因素. 结果表明, 小麦籽粒产量受源的限制. 在产量因素中, 粒重易受籽粒生长期库源关系变化的影响, 改善光合同化物的供应可使粒重增加, 来自小穗不同部位小花的籽粒对库源关系变化的反应存在着明显差异.经处理提高库源比后, 小穗基部第一和第二小花籽粒的增重幅度大于小穗第三和第四小花籽粒的增重幅度.同时, 当源强度经处理相对加强时, 来自于基部和中部小穗的籽粒增重幅度大于顶部小穗籽粒.品种间在粒数/叶面积比和粒重/叶面积比方面表现出差异, 两种粒/叶比之间表现出正相关关系. 在同一品种内, 当库源关系经处理改变后, 两种粒/叶比仍维持正相关关系.
Experiments were conducted to clarify the factors limiting grain yield and characteristics of source sink relationship of different wheat cultivars grown in Hangzhou area. The results showed that source was the factor limiting the grain yield under local climate condition. Grain weight was the yield component that was amenable to changes in source sink relationship during grain filling period. Grain weight was increased by improving supply of photosynthate and decreased by curbing photosynthate supply. Grains from different positions of the spikelets differed in response to changes in source sink relationship. Grain weight of grains from the first and second florets in the spikelets was increased by a larger degree in sink reduction treatments and decreased by a lesser degree in the source reduction treatments than that of grains from the third and fourth florets in the spikelets. Meanwhile, grain weight of grains from the central and basal spikelets was increased by a larger degree than that of grains from the apical spikelets when the relative capacity of source was enhanced. As for source sink relationship, cultivars differed in ratios of number of grains/leaf area(NG/LA) and grain weight/ leaf area(GW/LA), a positive correlation between the above two ratios was observed. Furthermore, the two ratios maintained the positive relationship within a single cultivar when the source sink relationship was artificially altered.
