摘要
由池塘、长江口和安庆江段三个不同水体采集河鱼屯雌性亲本，通过测量体长和解剖称重， 计算河鱼屯丰满度、性腺指数和肝脏指数， 分析了河鱼屯雌性亲本在繁殖季节体长体重的关系和卵巢肝脏的变化特点。结果表明， 池塘人工养殖的河鱼屯丰满度最大； 性腺指数与肝脏指数呈负相关；养殖河鱼屯卵巢成熟度明显高于长江口水域的野生亲本，但又低于安庆江段的野生亲本， 建议亲鱼采集点应选在安庆以上江段为宜。
By measuring length,weight,the Fullness,GSI and LSI of Fugu obscurus collected from three different water areas,e.g.pond,Yangzi estuary and Yangzi river near Anqing,the relationship between body length and body weight of femele Fugus in their breeding period,and the change of their GSI and LSI were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the pond Fugus gave the biggest Fullness among all the collected spescimen;the GSI had a negative relation with the LSI;and the ovary maturity of pond Fugus was higher than that of Yangzi estuary Fugus;but lower than that of Fugus collected from Yangzi river near Anqing.
