摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善 ,国有企业的改革势在必行。本文着重从狭义的资本形成———金融资本 ,分析国有企业资本运营效率低下的原因 ,一方面由于历史的原因 ,信贷投资生成了国有企业的高负债机制 ,致使国有企业背上了沉重的利息负担 ,亏损面加大 ;另一方面国有企业资金严重不足与闲置浪费并存 ,国有企业资本运营效益低下 ,经济效益滑坡。本文试图通过培育和发展资本市场来深化国有企业改革 ,努力提高国有企业的经济效益。
With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy system,the reformation of state-owned enterprises must be operated. Based on narrow capital formation (financial capital),this article analyses the reasons of capital management low efficiency in state-owned enterprises. On the one hand,the reason of history,investment on credit leads state_owned enterprises to high liabilities system,resulting in severe interest burden on its back.On the other hand,the fund of state_owned enterprises lacks severely and waste coexist,the state_owned enterprises of capital management low efficiency.This article try passing to cultivate and develop capital market for deepening the reformation of state_owned enterprises and strive to improve on state-owned enterprises'economic profits.
