摘要
利用植物体内叶绿素荧光测定技术,分析了不同生长环境中沙田柚叶绿素a 的荧光参数。结果表明,矿质营养水平较高的果园,树体Fv/Fm 和ΦPSⅡ较高,表明具有较高的光能转换效率和PSⅡ电子传递效率,尤以Fv/Fm 为显著。Fv/Fm 与N、K、Mn 含量成极显著正相关,与Mg、Cu含量成显著正相关。有果短枝叶片的K、Mg、Mn 含量较无果短枝低,前者的Fv/Fm 和ΦPSⅡ亦较后者低。退化树和正常树相比,矿质元素含量和荧光参数均没有明显差异。
The chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics of Shatianyou grown in different orchards was studied by measuring the chlorophy11 fluorescence of intact leaves.Results showed that Shatianyou grown in orchard whose mineral nutrition was better possessed higher values of Fv/Fm and ΦPSⅡ,and Fv/Fm was more significant.Fv/Fm had a very significant positive correlation with the contents of N,K,Mn,and highly positive correlation with the contents of Mg,Cu.The contents of N,P,K,Mg,Mn in leaves of fruited branch were lower than that of non fruited branch,and correspondently Fv/Fm and ΦPSⅡ of leaves of fruited branch were lower.No significant difference in mineral element contents and the parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence was found between normal tree and degenerated tree.
