健康教育路径对住院糖尿病患者疗效影响的Meta分析 被引量:59

摘要 目的采用Meta分析探讨健康教育路径对住院糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法检索国内主要数据库,按一定标准筛选文献并进行质量评价。采用RevMan 4.2软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入21篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,健康教育路径组与传统教育组在空腹血糖[WMD=-0.91,95%CI(-1.04,-0.77),P<0.00001]、餐后2 h血糖[WMD=-2.43,95%CI(-2.96,-1.89),P<0.00001]、病人满意度[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.16,1.32),P<0.00001]、知识掌握度[RR=1.39,95%CI(1.24,1.56),P<0.00001]、住院天数[WMD=-7.46,95%CI(-8.11,-6.81),P<0.00001]、住院费用[WMD=-2 390.03,95%CI(-3 479.54,-1 300.52),P<0.0001]方面差异均有统计学意义。结论健康教育路径对住院糖尿病患者的疗效优于传统的健康教育。由于纳入分析文献的研究质量较低,尚需要高质量的研究来进一步验证健康教育路径对糖尿病患者疗效的影响。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of health education pathway on diabetic patients hospitalized by using the Meta-analysis. Methods The domestic main databases were searched,the quality of included studies which screened by certain standards was evaluated.The Review Manager 4.2 software was taken for analysis. Results Totally 21 studies were included.The Meta-analysis showed there were significant difference between the health education pathway group and the traditional health education group in fasting blood glucose(FBG) [WMD=-0.91,95%CI(-1.04,-0.77),P0.00001],2-h postprandial blood glucose(2-PBG) [WMD=-2.43,95%CI(-2.96,-1.89),P0.00001],rate of patients′ satisfaction [RR=1.24,95%CI(1.16,1.32),P0.00001],rate of mastering knowledge of diabetes mellitus [RR=1.39,95%CI(1.24,1.56),P0.00001],hospitalization days [WMD=-7.46,95%CI(-8.11,-6.81),P0.00001],hospitalization expenses[WMD=-2 390.03,95%CI(-3 479.54,-1 300.52),P0.0001]. Conclusion Health education pathway is better than traditional health education for diabetic patients.However,the quality of most studies included in this review are low,higher quality studies are needed to confirm the results in the future.
