摘要
本文以野生植物资源毛建草（ＤｒａｃｏｃｅｐｈａｌｕｍＲａｐｅｓｔｒｅＨａｎｃｅ）为原料，采用黑茶加工工艺，以渥堆阶段的机理为理论基础，研制“毛建健身茶”。本产品具有条索紧，略扁，色泽红褐，香气清纯，汤色深红，滋味醇和等特点。不仅使野生资源得到充分利用，而且品质稳定，社会效益，经济效益显著提高。
