摘要
目的探讨胃肠舒促胃肠动力的作用机制。方法选择SD大白鼠随机分为正常对照组、左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)模型对照组、L-Arg加胃肠舒组和L-Arg加西沙比利组,除正常对照组外,其余三组腹腔注射L-Arg,各组分别给等容积的受试药物灌胃,腹主动脉采血,放射免疫法测定血浆胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)和生长抑素(SS)。结果 L-Arg模型对照组与正常对照组比较,MTL、SP、SS含量均显著降低(P<0.01);用药后胃肠舒组与L-Arg模型对照组比较,血浆MTL、SP、SS水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论胃肠舒促进胃肠动力作用机制可能是:①通过调节血浆中胃肠激素的协调平衡而促进胃肠动力;②通过升高血浆MTL和SP含量,使胃肠平滑肌细胞内Ca2+浓度增加,Ca2+信号系统引发一系列生理功能而促进胃肠平滑肌收缩。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Weichangshu promots gastrointestinal motility.Methods Select SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,L-Arg group,L-Arg plus Weichangshu group and L-Arg plus xishabili group.In addition to the normal control group,the other three groups were Intraperitoneal injected L-Arg,Each group was given equal volume of drug administered,abdominal aortic blood,radioimmunoassay determination of plasma MTL,SP,SS content.Results L-Arg model contral group MTL,SP,SS were significantly lower,compared with the normal contral group(P〈0.01).After treatment,Weichangshu group MTL,SP,SS in plasma increased significantly,compared with L-Arg model contral group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of Weichangshu promote gastrointestinal motility is may be:①Regulate plasma gastrointestinal hormone balance and facilitate the coordination,then Promote gastrointestinal motility.②Elevate levels of plasma MTL and SP,Increase Ca2+ concentration within gastrointestinal smooth muscle cells,Ca2+ signal system trigger a series of physiological functions and then promote the effect of gastrointestinal smooth muscle contraction.
