摘要
目的探讨三腔二囊管在食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血治疗中的应用与护理要点。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年1月收治的46例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血病人,应用三腔二囊管压迫止血的护理体会。结果全组2例死亡,余病例治疗满意。结论对食管胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血行三腔二囊管压迫止血的患者,良好的心理护理与临床护理紧密结合,能保持患者心理健康,促进疾病愈合。
Objective To discuss the application and key points of nursing experience in treating hemorrhage due to esophageal and fundal varices with sengstaken-blackmore tube.Methods To analyze nursing experience retrospectivelly on 46 patients with hemorrhage due to esophageal and fundal varices by treating with sengstaken-blackmore tube from January 2000 to January 2001.Results The outcome of the other patients was satisfactory except for 2 deaths in the whole group.Conclusion Tigh combination of good mental care and clinical nursing can maintain mental health on patients with hemorrhage due to esophageal and fundal varices by treating with sengstaken-blackmore tube,and therefore promote there covery.
