烯酮在N-杂环卡宾催化反应中的应用

摘要 N-杂环卡宾是一类新型的亲核有机小分子催化剂.作为Lewis碱它能与亲电的醛作用,使其发生极性反转,具有亲核性.目前醛以外的其他亲电试剂很少被用在N-杂环卡宾催化的反应中.本文概述了烯酮作为一类新型的亲电试剂在N-杂环卡宾催化反应中的应用. As a new type of nucleophilic base organocatalyst,N-heterocyclic carbenes can react with electrophilic aldehyde to facilitate the latter′s umploung.Other electrophiles except for aldehyde are seldom used.Ketenes have been recently introduced as new type of electrophiles in N-heterocyclic carbene catalyzed reactions.
