摘要
用新的设计原则及“V”型槽截面系数应是三片梁截面系数的3~5 倍而研制出的民机测力天平升阻比达30,是常规天平的2~3 倍;而法向力对轴向力的干扰量还不到常规天平的十分之一。
The paper presents the performance and the test of the force measuring balances for the civil planes with high accuracy and L/D ratio with the coorperation of Sino Russia.It puts emphasis on the new design principles and the coefficient theory of V Shape duct cross section.The L/D ratio of force measuring balances for the development of the civil plane reached 30,two or three times of the traditional balances;the interference of the normal force to the axial force was less than one tenth of the traditional balances.Obviously,the new design principles and the coefficient theory of V Shape duct cross section have a profound significance to improve the L/D ratio of the balance and to reduce the interference of the normal force to the axial force.It is a breakthrough and will greatly promote the development of the balance in the future.
