摘要
我国园林施工管理存在相关管理人员知识水平落后、施工建设队伍结构不合理、设计交底与图纸会审工作不被重视、工序质量管理不严格等问题,建议从加强施工管理队伍的培养和锻炼、严格执行设计图纸的交底和会审工作、加强施工工人管理、创造和谐的团队气氛、严格把关材料采购、提升施工人员的技术水平、加强施工工序的质量管理等七方面加强管理。
Together with status, this paper proposes countermeasures for strengthening landscape construction management by technical disclosure, joint design review, constructor training, team cooperation as well as quality control of material and construction.
