摘要
目的:探讨加味苓桂术甘汤治疗肠易激综合症的临床疗效。方法:68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用加味苓桂术甘汤,对照组使用思密达配合谷维素。结果:治疗组总有效率95.7%,对照组总有效率70.4%。结论:加味苓桂术甘汤治疗肠易激综合症有良好疗效。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating irritable bowel syndrome with Linggui Zhugan decoction. Methods： 68 cases of patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group using Linggui Zhugan decoction, control group using Smecta plus oryzano]. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.7%, and the total effective rate of control group was 70.4%. Conclusion： Treating irritable bowel syndrome with Linggui Zhugan decoction has a good effect.
