摘要
知识管理在图书情报学领域的拓展,既对图书情报学产生了强烈的冲击,也为图书情报学的发展提供了机遇。在论述知识管理的内涵与本质的基础上,重点分析了把知识管理理论作为图书情报学的理论基础的必要性及其现实意义,基于知识管理的图书情报学应从知识化、知识组织、组织结构与管理模式及学科内容等方面进行研究。
The development of knowledge management in the field of library and information science has not only provided opportunity for the development of library and information science, but also produced strong shock for it. In this article, the authors mainly discusses the connotation and the essence of knowl- edge management and at the same time analyses emphatically the necessity and the realistic significance of the fact that we look on knowledge management as the theoretical basis of library and information science, the library and information science on the basis of knowledge management should be studied in the aspects of knowledglize, knowledge organization, organization construct and so on.
