摘要
用超临界 Ｃ Ｏ２ 方法萃取火棘油，研究了压力、温度、流量、装料量对火棘籽油萃取得率的影响，并分析对比了溶剂法与 Ｓ Ｆ Ｅ－ Ｃ Ｏ２ 法所得产品的理化性质，并提出最佳 Ｓ Ｆ Ｅ－ Ｃ Ｏ２ 萃取火棘油的工艺条件。
The extraction of essensial oil from pyracantha fortuneana seeds with supercritical carbon dioxide(SC—CO 2) was studied in a continuous-flow extractor.The product exeraction rates were influenced by the change of pressure,temperature,flow rate.The differences between SFE and petroleum excraction were analysed.The optimal conditions of SFE were determined.
