摘要
长期以来人们已经知道药物与心理社会康复措施联合治疗能使精神分裂症患者获得最好的疗效。迄今经验性支持的治疗包括了多种心理社会干预,如家庭干预、心理教育、行为治疗、认知纠正治疗、行为治疗和社交技能培训。我们回顾了国内、国际发表的有关精神分裂症患者的心理社会康复的文献。研究证实多数方法能有效提高精神分裂症患者的社会功能,但其在标准的临床实践中的疗效尚未可知。
It has long been known that the best outcomes for patients with schizophrenia occur when medication treatment is combined with some form of psychosocial rehabilitation.Empirically supported treatments for schizophrenia now include a variety of psychosocial interventions,such as family intervention,psycho-education,behavior therapy,cognitive remediation therapy,cognitive behavioral therapy and social skills training.We review the literature on psychosocial interventions published in domestic and international journals.Most of these methods have proven effective at improving the social functioning of schizophrenic patients in research studies but the efficacy of these methods in standard clinical practice remains uncertain.
