:Power－Tex平幅水洗机机投入使用已逾一年,其净洗能力较一般的水洗机械有明显的改进和发展.而且,在某些应用场合,如染色和印花后处理方面的应用,远远超过一般的水洗机械.Power-Tex水洗设备可应用于一切已知的连续染整加工工艺.该机是按照模块组件方式设计制造的,需要时可与Econ－Tex和Bdeo－Tex型水洗机组件毫无困难地相组合.本文介绍了在前处理、染色和印花后处理领域中的实际应用例子,实践证明其水洗能力强,完全能达到所要求的净洗和牢度目标.相关的各项测试数据由不同的染料制造厂和助剂生产厂家提供的.
Power-Tex open-width washing units have been in use for more than a year. The washing performance improvement over conventional machines that was targeted in the development of these machines has easily been reached, and in certain areas of application such as aftertreatment of dyed and printed fabrics it has been clearly exceeded. The Power-Tex units are used in all known continuous finishing processes. The compartments are of modular design and can be combined as desired with Econ-Tex and Babco-Tex washing compartments. The following practical examples from the fields of pretreatment and of aftertreatment of dyed and printed fabrics show the washing performance and fastness results that can be achieved. The measurements were evaluated by various dye producers and adjuvant manufacturers.
