摘要
目的观察糖尿病患者下肢经血运重建后自体富血小板凝胶治疗的临床疗效。方法对10例糖尿病患者,一般治疗和经皮动脉腔内支架成形术达到血运重建后,予自体富血小板凝胶治疗创面12次。结果 10例患者成功经自体富血小板凝胶治疗,伤口愈合明显改善。结论糖尿病患者经血运重建后自体富血小板凝胶治疗是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich gel on diabetic patients after lower extremity revascularization.Methods 10 patients with diabetic foot were received routine western medicine therapy and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.After revascularization,A total of 12 autologous platelet-rich gel were received.Results 10 patients after successful treatment with autologous platelet-rich gel and wound healing were obviously improved.Conclusion Diabetic patients after revascularization treated with autologous platelet-rich gel is safe and effective.
