摘要
本文介绍150MPa燃油喷射系统的试验研究；着重阐述不同方案燃油凸轮、针阀偶件、出油阀偶件、柱塞偶件和高压油管在喷油泵试验台上匹配试验后获得的试验数据以及该喷射系统峰值压力达到大于等于150MPa的情况；并对试验结果进行简单的分析。
Elaboration is made on the experimental investigation in a fuel injection system with an injection pressure of 150MPa, With presentation being focused on the test data obtained from the matching trials carried out on an injection pump test rig using different specifications of fuel cam,needle valve pair, delivery valve pair, plunger pair and high-pressure fuel tube, and on thc finding of the case where the peak pressure of the injection system arrived at≥150MPa.Also, discussion on test results is briefed.
