摘要
针对难降解的偶氮染料废水,在以磺化酞菁钴CoPcS为催化剂的情况下,实验研究了催化剂浓度、光照强度、温度、甲基橙初始浓度对降解效果的影响。结果表明:当催化剂CoPcS浓度0.2 g/L,光照强度250 W,温度40℃,pH=1,甲基橙10 mg/L时,在30 min内,甲基橙的降解率高达98.06%。最佳试验条件:pH值为1,催化剂浓度0.2 g/L,甲基橙初始浓度15 mg/L,温度40℃。影响因素主次为:pH值〉甲基橙初始浓度〉温度〉催化剂浓度,该反应符合零级反应动力学方程。
This study was initiated to treat refractory azo dyes effluent by using CoPcS as catalyst,the effect of catalyst concentration, light intensity, temprature, initial concentration of methyl orange (MO)was researched. The study find that when the CoPcS concentration was 0. 2 g/L, light intensity was 250W, temprature was 40℃, pH value was 1 and MO concentration was 10 mg/L, the degradation of methyl orange came to 91.40% within 30 min. the sequence of significant effect factor was: pH value 〉 initial concentration of MO) temperature) catalyst concentration. The reaction was in accordance with zero - order kinetics equation.
