步态障碍的分类与诊断治疗 被引量：7

摘要 步态障碍在老年人群中十分常见，其发病率随年龄增长而逐渐升高，在70岁以上的老年人群中步态障碍的发生率约为35％，而在85岁以上的人群中这一数据则上升至54％。步态障碍往往导致老年人跌倒发生率上升，行动能力和生活质量下降，病残率升高。虽然步态障碍呈年龄性升高，但高龄并不一定就出现步态异常，老年人步态障碍的背后通常有潜在的致病因素。
