摘要
农民工是我国改革开放和现代化进程中涌现出的一支新型劳动大军。农民工能否顺利实现市民化,不仅关系到"三农"问题的解决,社会公平正义的维护,还关系到社会结构的转型,以至现代化建设的大局。针对农民工市民化转型过程中始终存在的弱势话语地位、缺乏有效的利益表达渠道,利益表达机制不甚健全等问题,应尽快构建农民工的利益表达机制,拓宽农民工利益表达渠道,帮助其采取合理化利益表达方式;充分发挥工会等组织的作用,构建农民工利益表达平台,保证社会和谐和公平正义。
Migrant workers are a new group of labor force emerged in the process of reform and opening-up and modernization in China.The citizenization of migrant workers is related to solutions on three agricultural problems,maintenance of social equality and justice,transformation of social structure and also modernization.Based on the problems of weak discourse power,inferior interest-articulation channels,and incomplete interest-articulation mechanism,we should establish interest-articulation mechanism ASAP to expand interest-articulation channels for migrant workers,fully play the role of labor union to build interest-articulation platform for them,and guarantee social harmony and justice.
