踝关节骨折手术治疗的临床探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的总结踝关节骨折应用手术治疗及术后恢复的临床效果。方法自2005年9月—2010年3月应用手术治疗踝关节骨折共96例,男59例,女37例;年龄17～69岁,平均34.5岁。受伤肢体左侧52例,右侧44例,根据Weber-AO分类A型12例,B型49例,C型35例。应用Olerud-Molander评分系统对术后疗效进行评定。结果随访5～16个月,平均8个月。除3例病人伤口轻度感染、经清创缝合延期愈合外,其余病人伤口均一期愈合;根据Olerud-Molander评分系统:优58例,良29例,可8,差1例,优良率90.6%。结论踝关节骨折应用手术治疗可以取得良好的疗效,良好的复位、可靠的内固定以及积极的术后功能锻练,可以使踝关节骨折病人恢复踝关节的正常功能。
