摘要
根据大学生就业力构成要素,对石家庄市200家用人单位进行了深入调研。调查结果显示,企业对大学生就业力关注度最高的7个指标中理解与交流技能、职业价值观与职业道德、专业实践技能、创新能力、自我分析和定位能力等指标企业满意度较低。在对目前大学生就业力成因进行分析的基础上,指出应整合各类社会资源服务于大学生的成长成才,提高大学生就业力,从而缩短人才成长周期,实现大学与城市的共同发展。
Based on the factors of employability,this paper surveys 200 enterprises for in-depth research in Shijiazhuang and the result shows that the highest concerns in the 7 indicators of business students employability which are understanding and communication skills,professional values and professional ethics,professional practice skills,creativity,self-analysis and positioning capabilities satisfaction.Then on the basis of the analysis,this paper points out that the city should integrate various social resources and serve the students for the growth and success to improve student employability,thus shortening the growth cycle of being talent and achieve mutually beneficial win-win situation between university and city.
