摘要
采用酶解去壁低渗法对大荔龙枣、骏枣和冬枣3个枣品种进行了核型研究。结果表明:3个枣品种的染色体数目均为2n=24,核型公式分别为大荔龙枣(Ziziphus jujubaMill.‘Dalilongzao’)2n=2x=24=20m(4SAT)+4sm,骏枣(Z.jujubaMill.‘Junzao’)2n=2x=24=20m(2SAT)+4sm和冬枣(Z.jujubaMill.‘Dongzao’)2n=2x=24=16m(4SAT)+8sm。核型均为2B型。骏枣较原始,大荔龙枣次之,冬枣相对进化。
The methods of eliminating walls by enzymolysis and low osmosis were used to analyze the chromosome karyotype of three Chinese jujube cultivars. The results showed that the chromosome nmnbers of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. ' Dalilongzao' ,Ziziphus jujuba Mill. ' Jullzao' and Ziziphus jujuba Mill. ' Dongzao' were 2n = 24,the karyotype formula was 2n=2x=24 =20m(dSAT) +4sm,2n =2x =24 =20m(2SAT) +4sin and 2n =2x =24 =16m (4SAT) + 8sin respectively, and the karyotypes were all 2B type. Comparatively, the karyotype of Z. jujuba Mill. 'Junzao' was original,followed by Z . jujuba Mill. ' Dalilongzao' and the karyotype of Z. jujuba Mill. ' Dongzao' appeared most evolutional.
