摘要
文章以知识服务过程及其三要素(知识内容、应用情景和用户群体)为研究对象,采用透过现象分析问题本质的研究方法,分别剖析了基于知识构建实现知识服务的外在表现、内在机理和体系设计解决方案。
This paper takes knowledge service process and its three factors (content, context, community) as itself study objects, and analyses the external exhibition, internal mechanism and system design solution of knowledge services based on knowledge architecture by the research method of finding the essence through the phenomenon.
