摘要
目的：总结Livin基因、FHIT基因与妇科肿瘤的关系.方法：在Pubmed、中国知网查阅有关Livin基因、FHIT基因与妇科肿瘤关系的文献,进行汇总分析.结果：在妇科肿瘤中,Livin基因高表达、FHIT基因低表达,抑制细胞凋亡,促进肿瘤的发生.结论：通过对Livin基因、FHIT基因的深入研究,为妇科肿瘤的治疗提供新靶点.
Objective： To sum up the relationship between Livin, FHIT and gynecologic oncology. Methods：To look for the related articles of Livin, FHIT and gynecologic oncology in the database of PUBMED as well as CNKI, summarize and analyze those data. Results：Livin gene expressed high levels while FHIT gene expressed low levels in gynecologic oncology. Conclusions：Livin gene and FHIT gene will be a new target for gynecologic oncology.
