高校学生就业道德素养弱化成因分析及对策探索 被引量:14

Analysis of Causes of the Reduction of University Students' Morality Attainment of Obtaining Employment and Its Countmeasures

摘要 对九所院校实地调研以及对用人单位的问卷调查发现,用人单位对毕业生就业道德的高要求与目前毕业生就业道德滑坡之间的矛盾是导致大学生就业难的一个非常重要的原因。山东大学探索出一套"以道德修养课为载体,以诚信教育为重点,以‘知、情、意、行’相结合和‘预就业’实践为模式,以正确就业价值观和择业观为导向,以辅导员制度建设为特色"的就业道德教育体系。 With the survey research on nine universities of comprehensive universities, vocational colleges, specific colleges and private colleges, and the questionnaire investigation on employment units, it is found out that the contradiction between the high requirement for the graduates' morality of obtaining employment and the moral declination of graduates' morality of obtaining employment is one of the significant reasons for the students not to get employed. Shandong University has tracked out a set of moral education system of obtaining employment which is based on morality. attainment curriculum, emphasizing on integrity education, taking the integration of "knowledge, emotion, willingness and action" and the practice of "pre-obtaining employment" as the mode, taking correct value of obtaining and selecting emolovment as guidance, and taking instructor system construction as characteristics.
