摘要
军事网络舆情作为一种特殊的公开情报吸引了众多军事网民。比较国内一些典型的网络舆情系统,论述军事网络舆情分析系统(MNPOS)的特点、功能及体系架构;研究一个基于.NETFramework平台和XML交换格式的MNPOS,对军事网络舆情的信息采集与抽取、舆情分类与敏点标注、倾向性分析等技术作研究改进,推进MN-POS理论和方法研究的深化。
lnternet military public opionion is a special public information and attracts many netizens. The key technologies involved in Intemet public opinion system are analyzed and designed so as to establish sustainable research in key technological areas. The mili- tary network public opinion analysis system （MNPOS） on. NET Framework platform and XML for data exchange format is built and implemented. The information collection and extraction, text classification, sensitivity points, public opinion analysis, annotation, and text orientation technology are researched and improved. MNPOS must be following the design rule of development software engineering in order to promote deeply the military network public opinion analysis system theory and methods.
