摘要
指出了固定化生物技术是通过化学或物理的手段将游离细胞或酶定位于限定的空间区域内,使其保持活性且可反利用的方法。对微生物的固定化方法、固定化技术在废水处理中的应用及研究进展状况进行了探讨,并分析了其发展前景。
The immobilized biotechnology immobilizes dissociating cells or enzymes inside the restricted areas by chemical or physical means to keep them active and reuseful. In the paper, the immobilized microor ganisms, immobilization in wastewater treatment technology and research progress of the application are reviewed, and its development prospects are also discussed.
