摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗变异型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将变异型心绞痛患者67例随机分为治疗组34例和对照组33例,两组均予常规西药治疗,治疗组同时加服中药汤剂,1个月后观察两组患者心绞痛疗效;生化指标(hs-CRP、LDL-C)和内皮素(ET)的变化及治疗后6个月两组患者相关心脏事件的发生率等。结果:治疗组心绞痛疗效优于对照组;在改善生化指标(hs-CRP、LDL-C)和内皮素(ET)方面,治疗组亦显示了良好效果;另外,降低了相关心脏事件的发生率。结论:中西医结合治疗变异型心绞痛较单纯西药治疗具有更好的疗效。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of variant angia pectoris by the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine.Methods：67cases were randomly divided into treatment group（34 cases） and control group（33 cases）.The control group was given western medicine only,the treatment group was given western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine.the curative effect of angia pectoris and the levels of hs-CRP、LDL-C and ET were observed after one month,and the rate of relative cardiopathic events was observed after six months.Results： The curative effect of angia pectoris and the levels of hs-CRP、LDL-C and ET in the treatment group were better than the control group,and the rate of relative cardiopathic events was relieved in the treatment group.Conclution：The method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine could treat variant angia pectoris effectively.
