摘要
目的:观察透刺+TDP红外线照射治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将78例面瘫患者随机分为治疗组48例与对照组30例,治疗组在针灸透刺的同时,给予TDP红外线照射,对照组仅予普通针刺治疗。结果:两组愈显率与总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针灸透刺配合红外线照射操作简便,疗效显著,是治疗面瘫行之有效的好方法。
Objective：Observation of the clinical efficacy of treatment of facial paralysis by Through thorn ＋ TDP infrared radiation.Methods：78 patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group 48 cases and control group 30 cases,treatment group was also given to Wen Acupunctureand with through thorns and TDP infrared radiation,Control group received ordinary acupuncture.Results：Two markedly effective rate and total effective rate,Differences were statistically significant（P0.05）,Treatment were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion：Infrared radiation through acupuncture is simple,significant effect,and a good way of effective treatment of facial paralysis.
