摘要
目的探讨GS组织标本制备及切片染色技术替代传统二甲苯透明、脱蜡制片技术的效果。方法应用GS组织标本制备及切片染色技术替代传统技术制作组织蜡块及切片染片技术。结果用此方法制作的组织蜡块,切片形成连续蜡带,制作常规HE切片,细胞核、质染色结构对比清晰。结论 GS组织标本制备及切片染色技术能够替代传统制片技术,并符合环保要求。
Objective To investigate the effect of GS in the tissue preparation and staining in slice instead of the traditional xylene,dewaxing of production technology.Methods Application of GS in the tissue preparation and sections staining produce an alternative to traditional paraffin and sliced tissue staining.Results The organization of wax and make routine HEsections with the clearer quality of nucleus,chromatin structure.Conclusion GS tissue slice preparation and staining techniques can be altermative to the traditional production technology,and comply with environmental protection requirements.
