摘要
缅甸伦里大桥为主跨304.8 m的钢桁梁悬索桥。受桥址区地质环境条件、缅甸国内施工条件、运输条件的限制及对大桥建设工期的严格要求,主桁采用竖杆的华伦式桁架,两端设置竖向拉压支座;桥塔采用内倾式门形塔,下塔柱为混凝土塔柱,上塔柱为钢箱塔柱;采用重力式锚碇;主缆采用24股91丝φ5.2 mm镀锌高强钢丝平行索股。该桥采用汽车吊机、缆索吊装和支架安装的施工方式,保证了施工工期及施工便捷性。
The Leinli Bridge in Myanmar is a steel truss girder suspension bridge with a main span 304.8 m.Restricted by the geologic and environmental conditions at the bridge site,the local construction and transportation conditions in Myanmar and the demanding construction time schedule,the main truss of the bridge employs a Warren truss with vertical members and the vertical tension-compression bearings are arranged at both ends of the truss.The towers are of the inward inclined portal frames,of which the lower tower columns are the concrete ones and the upper columns are the steel box ones.The anchorage blocks are the gravity blocks and each main cable is made up of 24 nos.of 91-φ5.2 mm galvanized high-strength parallel steel wire strands.The bridge is constructed by the construction methods of truck crane lifting,cable-supported hoisting and installation on scaffolding.The construction time schedule and construction convenience and rapidity of the bridge has therefore been ensured.
