基于模块操作符的ATO产品配置设计研究

摘要 为在满足用户定制需求的情况下节约生产成本和用户购买成本、实现资源的高效配置,针对ATO产品提出了一套解决方案。在依据3种流规则划分模块的基础上,结合形态学矩阵分析,采用模块操作符重组产品模块,并给出了类的五元组对产品配置模型进行通用描述及配置的流程,建立了基于模块操作符、使用面向对象方法设计的配置系统原型。最后以配置喷墨打印机为例,选取某类典型的用户需求,实现了整个过程,验证了理论的实用性和有效性。 In order to save production cost and customer purchase cost, and realize high effective allocation of resource under the condition that the customized requests are met,a set of solutions for ATO product is proposed.Based on the module partition of three flow rules and by combining with morphological matrix analysis,the product modules are reconfigured by using modular operators,the flow for universal description and configuration for the product configuration model of five element sets of class was given.The configuration system prototype was designed based on modular operators and by using object-oriented method.Finally,the whole process was realized by taking inkjet printer configuration as an example according to a typical customers' need to complete the entire process and verify the practicality and validity of the theory.
