基于ABAQUS的开卷机外支撑结构优化 被引量:2

Unoiler's external support structure optimization based on ABAQUS

摘要 某型开卷机外支撑底板附近在生产实际中存在压溃现象。为解决该问题,用有限元软件ABAQUS对其进行静态结构分析,发现底板与侧板连接处存在应力集中,前隔板和侧板大部分材料Mises应力小于40 MPa。在此基础上,提出了改善应力集中的结构优化方案,及去除前隔板和在侧板上开孔的减重优化方案,最后采用试验设计法优选孔尺寸参数组合。优化后开卷机外支撑的最大Mises应力刚好达到许用应力,且质量减轻15%。 Parts near the bottom plate of uncoiler's external support was found broken sometimes in actual production.To solve this problem,its static structural analysis was carried out by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS.It is found the parts where the bottom plate is connected with side plates exists stress concentration.Most material's Mises stress in front partition plate and side plates is less than 40 MPa.Based on this,the structure optimization plan was proposed to reduce stress concentration,remove the front partition plate and open holes to reduce the weight.The sizes of holes are optimized by design of experiment method.The maximum Mises stress of optimized uncoiler's external support is just within the allowable stress and the weight of the support is decreased by 15%.
