摘要
以弧面分度凸轮机构为对象,建立了考虑其输入/输出轴的扭转、弯曲刚度及凸轮曲面与滚子间接触刚度等多种因素的动力学模型,在此基础上,重点分析接触刚度、凸轮与分度盘滚子啮合个数的变化、运动规律对系统固有频率的影响。实验结果表明,所建立的动力学模型具有较高的计算精度。
By taking globoidal indexing cam mechanism as the research object,an elastodynamic model was formulated by taking into account of many factors as the torque,bending rigidities of the input/output shafts,and contact stiffness between cam curved surface and rollers,and etc.Based on this,the influences on natural frequency of the system by contact stiffness,the numbers of the rollers meshed with the cam and the motion laws were analyzed selectively.The experimental result shows the established dynamical model has much higher calculation accuracy.
