摘要
文章从经济学角度探讨了企业档案是否是资产的问题,针对学界对此问题的几种不同认识做了分析,对企业档案是企业资产进行了论证,并对企业档案资产和所有权的关系进行了分析,提出了企业改制重组中企业档案资产评估的相关建议。
This article will discuss whether the enterprise archives are assets from an economy perspective,analyze several different views in the academic circle on this question,demonstrate why the enterprise archives shall be enterprise assets,analyze the relationship between the enterprise archives assets and ownership thereof,and propose relevant suggestions on the appraisal of the enterprise archives assets during the restructuring and reform of enterprises.
