摘要
弄清绩效评价的实质是公共档案馆服务绩效评价活动有效开展的前提和关键。本文从公共档案馆服务绩效评价理论模型价值分析入手,在分析和总结当前典型评价理论模型的基础上,按照理论模型构建的一般思路,构建出了公共档案馆服务绩效评价的理论模型,并对该模型的基本要素进行了具体阐析。
The scientific understanding of the performance evaluation＇s essence is the key for the public archives service performance evaluation.Firstly,the paper has analysed the meaning of the public archives＇ service performace evaluation,and secondly,according to the way of theoretical framework＇s constructing,has designed the theoretical framework for the Public Archives＇ Service Performance Evaluation based on the analysis of these typical performance evaluation＇s theoretical framework.Lastly,the paper has expatiated these basic elements for the theoretical framework.
