摘要
中国城市少数民族流动人员具有自己的特点和独特的功能,当前,其权益保障面临着一些困境,需要建立和健全有关保障城市少数民族流动人员合法权益的法律法规体系,形成尊重和维护其风俗习惯等权利的长效机制等,以确保民族团结和社会和谐,进一步巩固中国的民族关系。
The urban transient populations of ethnic minorities have their characteristics and functions.Because their rights and interests is facing some problems in the present,we should establish the laws and regulations system that it can protest the legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minorities＇urban transient population perfectly,and form persistent effect mechanism that it help us to respect and defend their manners and customs,and so on.Taking those measures,we can guarantee that national unity and society harmony,and further consolidate our ethnic relations.
