摘要
研究了混凝沉淀工艺对城镇污水处理厂污泥水的处理效果。烧杯试验和生产性试验的结果表明,采用混凝沉淀工艺可以去除污泥水中绝大部分的污染物,其中对SS、COD和BOD5的去除率在90%以上,同时对TP、TN和NH3-N的去除率也可分别达到80%以上、70%以上和50%~60%。污泥水经混凝沉淀处理后再回流,各主要污染物对污水厂进水的不利影响基本消除。
The treatment efficiency of sludge water from MWWTP by coagulation-sedimentation process was investigated in jar test and full-scale test. The results show that the majority of contaminants can be removed by the coagulation-sedimentation process. The removal rates of SS, COD and BOD5 are all more than 90%, and those ofTP, TN and NH3 -N are more than 80%, 70% and about 50% to 60% respectively. After coagulation-sedimentation process, the sludge water is recycled, and the adverse effects of all kinds of contaminants on the influent of MWWTP are basically eliminated.
